Accidents:

The guests of our Official Swiss Snowsports School Leukerbad are not insured against accidents. Arrangements for accident and liability insurance are cause of the participants. The Official Swiss Snowsports School Leukerbad declines all responsibility for accidents occurring before, during or after lessons.

Group lessons:

Our lessons will take place in all weather conditions. Group lessons from 4 persons. If this minimum number of persons is not reached or if the group has reduced to 2 participants, the Snow sport School reserves the right to combine or to shorten the lesson.

In high seasons (Christmas and New Year / February), we suggest you to make your reservation early. Your reservation is only for sure if you confirm your reservation no later than 18:00 on Sunday at our office, before the course starts.

Private lessons:

Reservations recommended! The Official Swiss Snowsports School Leukerbad guarantees the reservation only if the reservation will be paid the evening before lessons start (see opening times).

Tickets:

are personal and not transferable.

Reimbursement:

Tickets from lessons will only be reimbursed in case of injury or illness only upon presentation of a medical certificate of a doctor from Leukerbad. Only the difference will be reimbursed. A transfer / credit to a next season is not possible. The reimbursement will be made in cash, and can only be received at the ski school office.

Failure of lessons due to weather conditions (force majeure) such as storms, avalanches, etc, will not be reimbursed. We recommend to book a ski school adverse weather insurance.

Returns policy in case of accident or illness:

The spent days are calculated according to tariff. Every commenced day will be charged in full.

Following services are included with 3-5 half days of lessons:

• Swiss Snow League Test included award. The award is given only in passing the course.

• Ski races for children with prizes and medals.

As payment we accept CHF, EURO, and Reka-checks as cash. In the Official Swiss Snowsports School Leukerbad we accept also Eurocard / Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Postcard. Euro is price indication, calculation on daily exchange rate.
